I was very impressed when I had the construction site visit in Kiawah Island, SC, and my mentor said it is one of the most rich area in Charleston. The reason that we were having a site visit because of the light control. We were actually meeting the lighting company there and discussed about the location of the light control panels throughout the whole main house and guest house. I remember when we were discussing about the light control panel near the elevator, there were stairs next to it, but none of the actual stairs for the project were installed in the house, so that was a temporary stair for the builders and would not existed once the project is complete. They were looking at the floor plans as we going through the house and also imagining where things actually located in the future. I had realized that we are not just drawing what we designed on the paper, and also have to think about the location of the light switch, or what kind of the light switch, or the location of the power outlet, those little details we all have know and design.
