Back from the long weekend, we discuss tasks allocations for the week before getting started. Luke, Jonathan, Katie and I then visit 81 Nassau St to meet some consultants from the city to get their input on particulars like elevating the structure, roof pitch etc.

Following this, we discuss the firm's approach to people and community (detailed in the response to Prompt 2).
