I add updated SketchUp views to the DRC submission document for the Banyan Roots brewery.

Following this I take notes while Luke and Todd discuss program and design options with Trey and Ross of 832 Coleman Blvd. The proposal is to renovate the existing building and turn it into a restaurant with outdoor event space in the backyard. We discuss the historic use of the building as a restaurant, the 50% rule (keep changes below 50% of assessed value), exterior-only changes to increase vertical presence, outdoor seating and landscaping ideas, DRB approval process, and the project timeline.
