This week's lesson came from continual discussions with my principals and focuses on communication. Over the past few days my principals have been very involved in my project that I have been working on. At the beginning of the week I gave a presentation on it and have been doing studies on certain parts of it and discussing those with my principals. Through this constant dialogue I have realized that it is very important to understand and think critically about what my principals say and what they mean when they say certain things. In order to be on the same page and understand my principal's vision for a project it is important to analyze what they say when they say critique and provide direction. This is critical in being efficient on projects in the office.
