Tyler McKenzie - Week 4

This week I learned how important it is to understand a place before jumping straight into designing. By sitting down and talking with my principal I learned more about how a project is priced and the importance of thoughtful material selection and how to phase a project in order to work within a budget. I also realized how risky renovations can be to undertake due to not knowing the true condition of the building.
