There aren't many specific takeaways from this work week with it only being two days long but as an overall reflection on my time at Rush Dixon Architects I can say that I realized that the role that architecture plays in our lives is dependent not only on us as we experience it experience it but also by the people who design it. Creative people who work well together in an office facilitate great design and I believe that Rush Dixon Architects does this very well. I am lucky to have been apart of their office not once but twice and I will take the lessons learned and the fun memories forward as I finish up my last couple of semesters of graduate school.
