Hours Worked: 5.5

Tasks Performed: This morning my colleagues and I sat down with our principals and we discussed revisions that needed to be made to a set of construction documents for an office building. In addition to discussing the revisions my principals explained the construction methods of the building, which is lift slab construction and what that meant in terms of how the building would be assembled. Afterward I continued with research and schematic design for the residence turned commercial space. At the end of the day I sat down for a lunch-and-learn with one of my principals where she explained to me how Rush Dixon Architects goes about determining design fee budgets.

Work Accomplished: I continued to find precedent, and sketched a few more schemes for the building's front and branding.
