Dates: 10/9-10/12

This week I once again focused on CSL O’Fallon IL for the CD QC on Wednesday. I Printed out the sheets, ordered them, and gave them to Paul for QC. Something I learned was that it is important keep up with standards and expectations because for CSL they change monthly. Although many sheets and the overall design are similar each time a CSL design is made, unique elements to a specific as-builts do change what we put on sheets. For example, if the “departure area” or “reception area” is odd because of the existing structure those plans and elevations will be placed on the sheets. Thinking about what I have learned at Novus, although the design process is similar a lot of the time, it is still important to talk to others around you to coordinate whatever you are doing and make sure it is correct.
