Perry Hammond - Day 5

Hours Worked: 4 hrs

Tasks Performed: Progressed on 667 King St. site model.

Work Completed: Started measuring, marking, and cutting building masses for the model. I started with the single houses since they are the most numerous. I used the chop saw to cut them to length.

Lessons Learned: Making this model has been a very fun project. I feel lucky to be able to work on a model like this. I learned today that many Charleston single houses' first floors are elevated a few feet off the ground, so they often appear as tall, slender buildings from street level.
