Hours Worked: 5

Tasks Performed: Continued work on Citadel Mall Project.

Work Accomplished: I exported the sketchup model to Revit, which was a tedious process but eventually succeeded. I did this in order to create a central model that Laura and I could both work on, since we need to have a site plan monday and renderings by wenesday next week. Revit is also more efficient at modeling more details to masses.

Lessons Learned: I learned the most successful steps to take to export a sketchup file to Revit. I learned that it is important to weigh the pros/cons of switching between softwares, due to the time it may take to convert between them. I believe that switching our workflow to Revit will help us produce a better product in the end.
