Tasks performed: Participated in meeting for new project

Work accomplished: Finally got to work on a new project. It's for Hilton Grand Vacations, a resort time-share at the corner of East Bay and Calhoun. It's in the very starting phases and my mentor, Mark, and other coworker, Steve, are acting as consultants on the project. The primary arhitects are from Columbia but they wanted someone local who is familiar with the process of working in the historic district. We met with the lead architect as well as a developer to get everyone on the same page. We discussed current buildings on the site as well as any setbacks and parking regulations. We also discussed meetings for next steps with the BZA, TRC, and BAR.
