Lessons Learned - Week 7

This week I learned what my biggest pet peeve is. I always thought that it was stepping on a plastic hanger that I had neglected to pick up and then snapping it in half - Something that is totally avoidable, and if I had taken the 1.2 seconds to bend over and grab it, I wouldn't need more hangers! But it is very similar to this scenario - boiling it down to its essense.

If you're going to do something, do it right the first time.

It may take you longer, and it might be more tedious, but it will usually always be better in the long run, especially when it gets passed off to someone else who might not know all of the details of a project.
