Lessons Learned - Week 1

For just one day of work this week, I learned quite a bit from Jerry, one the principals at Cummings & McCrady. One of the interesting things he pointed out was that Charleston's high living rates are significantly influenced by parking. Specifically he noted that surface parking can cut costs down a lot as compared to a parking structure.
