13 SEPTEMBER 2017, WEDNESDAY – DAY 9

TIME: 4 HRS

Attended the BAR Review for 210 Spring street and 677 King Street. It was one of the most interesting experience. I was a part of the preparation for the BAR documents approval set. over the summer. Both these projects were presented in front of the board today for concept approval. All the city ordinances and design concepts kept in mind. 210 was approved and really appreciated as a landmark to the start of new ordinances/ regulations. 677 King street unfortunately was rejected. Maybe working in real life projects is similar to working in a studio project to some ways, we have to keep going to and fro for many reasons and one of the reason here in Charleston is surely BAR!!
