Atika Jain- Week 3

The biggest hurdles it seems in Charleston for a building to be built are the 3 major BAR meetings: Conceptual, Preliminary and Final, most projects are likely to go through many more steps in between to even achieve one of these 3 steps. I am still debating if I am in favor or against this.
